ocean view waterpark access clean beach
The location was amazing. My room had ocean views. The room had WILD Wadi Waterpark access, a real bonus for families. The beach was easily accessible and very clean.
The mini-bar prices were a LITTLE expensive.

attentive staff surprise cake restricted access security issue
the staff remembered our favourite drinks and snacks. the orchid club lounge team showed attentiveness and warmth. sushnita greeted us with a smile and remembered our preferences. the team also arranged a surprise birthday cake for my wife.
adults-only beach access was restricted. al naseem guests pay a higher rate, yet lost a facility. at check-in we weren't given the access slip required for checkpoints. the security guard refused entry.

the staff were helpful. They were pretty good to ensure my needs were met! the room was beautiful, with fantastic attention to detail evident throughout and i loved the good restaurants. i also appreciated the very good beach. everything felt great!
The hotel is quite large, and there was no guidance to my room upon arrival. this caused slight confusion initially.

The hotel boasts a culinary journey with various dining options available. rockfish offers divine seafood like grilled octopus. kayto presents peruvian japanese fusion dishes. Black cod miso is worth trying. palmery also provides an absolute treat with delicate pastries.

the hotel offers access to wild wadi waterpark. there is a well-equipped gym available. i experienced a pristine private beach. the good pool seemed delightfully cool. it balances luxurious elegance, including family-friendly warmth.

road noise chilly pool
The room was far from quiet. I requested a quiet room, but it was facing a busy road near a waterpark. Noise from vehicles disturbed my sleep every night. I booked half-board dining, but there was a lack of clear communication. It meant I missed the chance to book other restaurants in time. The pool was also too chilly.

decent stay but some issues need addressing
the breakfast service was quite slow, especially during peak hours. i often waited a long time for coffee refills and for someone to clear my table (it happened during my 3 night stay). the sounds carried into my room and made it difficult to relax. (i really needed that relaxation)

Wonderful Experience at Al Naseem!
friendly staff wide selection helpful staff
The staff members were friendly and always ready to assist. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food. Cooks greeted guests personally. Nuraim at reception was super helpful during check-in. I found plenty of sunbeds, towels, and fresh water available around the pool and spa.
The initial arrival experience was not smooth. I was informed the room would be ready at 3 PM. After receiving a message that it was ready around 2:40 PM, there was a delay at the desk because of staffing issues.

The room had amazing design, with an excellent air conditioning system that maintained a perfect temperature. Housekeeping was really good, providing sweets and cookies for the children each evening. They even prepared a baby cot with toys, swimming diapers and a blanket.

The hotel team demonstrated kindness and professionalism, contributing significantly to an enjoyable stay. Staff offered attentive guidance with culinary choices, turning each meal into a nice experience. The pool and beach staff were helpful.
